Bacon & Eggs – Before School Skills
Start your day on the ice with Lovell Hockey!
Bacon & Eggs is a before-school skills program running Monday through Thursday at Lovell Arena in Rockland, Massachusetts. Sessions are led by Lovell Hockey instructors and are designed to give players focused, high-level training before the school day begins.
These sessions are geared toward more advanced players at the Squirt and Bantam age levels, with drills designed to move quickly and maximize repetitions throughout the 50-minute session. Players will work through specific areas of development including power skating, shooting, defense, and stickhandling.
Weekly Schedule
Monday – Mite/Squirt
- 6:00 AM – Power Skating
- 7:00 AM – Shooting
Tuesday – Peewee/Bantam
- 6:00 AM – Power Skating
- 7:00 AM – Shooting
Wednesday – Mite/Squirt
- 6:00 AM – Defense Only
- 7:00 AM – Stickhandling
Thursday – Peewee/Bantam
- 6:00 AM – Defense Only
- 7:00 AM – Stickhandling
