Enhance Your Skating Mechanics and Agility
The Elite Power Skating Camp is a one-week intensive program designed to help hockey players enhance their skating skills, focusing specifically on strides, edge work, and body positioning. This camp aims to improve overall speed and agility on the ice, providing players with the tools necessary to elevate their performance during games.
Participants will engage in a variety of drills and exercises that target key aspects of power skating. Experienced instructors will guide players through techniques to optimize their stride length and frequency, as well as drills to develop strong edge control for quick turns and stops. Emphasis will be placed on proper body positioning to ensure efficient energy transfer and balance while skating.
Throughout the week, players will receive personalized feedback to help them identify areas for improvement and refine their skating technique. The camp will also incorporate both individual and group activities to foster a supportive learning environment.
By the end of the week, participants can expect to see significant improvements in their skating speed and overall on-ice performance. The Elite Power Skating Camp offers a valuable opportunity for hockey players to develop essential skills that will benefit their game.
