I also state that the applicant is in excellent health and is able to participate in the physical activity of a vigorous program. Lovell's Hockey Schools, Inc. reserves the right to accept only the players they conclude meet the standards established by the coaching personnel.

Deposit:
We require
a 50% non-refundable deposit with the registration
form. The balance is due at the first session. . A
limited number of players are on the ice so sign up quickly
to secure your spot. Applications are taken on a first come,
first serve basis. There will not be a refund to the player
if he/she leaves a session on their own, misses a session,
or is expelled from a session.
